  1. Thanks for all your support, fingers crossed I can get it up and running.
  2. Hey, I think this is a long shot but hear goes. I' am looking for a dog trainer for the inner West of Sydney, to donte there time once a week to work with kids in a Youth Refuge. What we are looking at doing is teaching the residents at the reguge how to look after, train, care, interact, etc. And after the kids have learnt certain skills we will give them a certificate for it. It will be worth while program that both the Young People and dogs will benefit from. The dogs we will be using are from No Kill Pet Rescue, and the Young People will be accompanied by a staff member at all times. If you want more info please feel free to ask. Thanks Andrew
  3. Hey, Here are some pitures of our 6 month old pup, and where interested to see what people think her x breeds are. Thanks guys.
  4. Thanks for that Janba, Hopefully we can take him on Sunday, I have a feeling he will love it. Cheers
  5. we recently rescued a 15 month old Kelpie, who seems to love herding. Is there any where in the western sydney where we can go to learn how to teach us to herd. And where he can do what he loves. Also I read somewhere that it could be cruel if you only take your dog herding on one off occasions, whats your thoughts on that? Cheers.
  6. We have a 6 month old puppy, we believe she is a shepperd x. We have a few issues we are worried about and are trying to fix her bahaviours now before it gets worst and will have to take her to a trainer. She is naturally extremely talketive girl but when we take her to the park, she gets really excited and just wants to bark. we try to get her to pay attention to ask by doing tricks and getting rewards. This kind of works but it will take a while for her to settle. Once she is settled we will take her in to meet the other dogs and she is fine. Is what we are doing correct? or is there any other effective methods, that any one knows. 2nd is she is extremely bossy while playing fetch, when our other dog grabbs the ball she will bark at him untill he hands it over. nothing we have tried seemed to have worked any tips? cheers guys
