  1. So sorry for what happened to your beautiful dog, may he rest in peace.
  2. Love the colour, what will you use her for? Make me want to buy another when you see such a nice horse!
  3. I also make armbands as well. Pm for more details www.facebook.com/CompetitionArmBands
  4. That is awesome Sir WJ did you make it?
  5. I use crushed calcium which you can buy in bulk at your local produce, I'm only new to showing but was shown this by experienced people whose dogs have alot of white like my westies. We don't bath them alot and just sprinkle on then brush off. Takes all the dirt off with it.
  6. I use curash powder on my girl as well, but since changing to Black Hawk puppy biscuits and mostly raw diet she hasn't had another breakout.
  7. My 2 eat grass on a daily basis as well but only will eat a certain type of grass.
  8. Had to post & share this, hope it can make someone else smile just as it did for me :) You don't see enough of these well trained dogs helping out like they do in photos like this!!
  9. I'm a newbie at showing & have forgotten to sign a check, & address the check to the correct club but thankfully the secretary contacted me via phone & mail & I amended straight away. I have learnt to double check everything now & thankyou to that secretary for being so patient with me. :)
  10. Is there any show training at Ipswich? as Durack & Caboolture are both a hr away from me & I would also like some more training.
  11. Very excited after my Westie boy won Best Baby puppy in Group at his second outing!
  12. Thanks for that as we live in a tick area & this seems to be a quick & simple removal that I will remember to try if there ever comes the time. Hoefully not anytime soon.
  13. I found that my girl was licking the cream off as quick as I was putting it on. My girl had a hotspot that she made turn worse within 24hrs, so the vet gave her anitobiotics & cortisone cream. It worked for a coulple of days but never really looked like getting better so I started thinking what we use to on our s show horses & we used B.O.Z ointment for scars & itchy spots on horses. It consists of Boric acid, zinc oxide & olive oil, so I thought well i'd give it a try. I put it on about 3 times a day & just adding a sprinkle of curash powder to help dry out a little. With in 2 days she had ceased all together of trying to scratch or lick the spot that a week before was bleeding from her constent licking. Boric acid is for antifungal & the zinc & olive oil is great for promoting new hair growth. Gold Cross makes it & it comes in a 100g tub for 6.95 & you can buy it at your local chemist. Worked great for my girl better then the cortisone cream!
  14. I'll be there with my westie boy for his first outing.
  15. Congrats to Ozzi! He looks great, I hope my westie boy will look as great as him some day!
  16. Sorry i meant delete all the info that i had inserted. I have had a email back from the web developer telling me that a old problem has popped up again & they are working to fix it. It seems to only affect new members at this time, so hopefully I can get on today. Thanks for all the input.
  17. I just tried again & still the same for me, maybe I will try and reinstall it to see if that works.
  18. I have just got the show manager for doing my entries but I was wondering why there are no events listed in the community area page & why I can't add a event? Maybe I have missed something but any advice on this would be great
