Poor Duncan. It is funny how the skin in spotty like the fur!

lol - I'm not fussed about shedding. I have 2 tollers so my house is already hairy!! We had another rescue collie at our dog park whose hair had to be cut. His hair is almost fully grown back and now he is a real rough collie! Not sure if her skin was spotty - she had a small coat, almost like a smoothie.

lol, but i looovee the coat!! thanks for that info hesap - its a bit confusing how first it says a grooming once a week, and then it says a brush once a week!

;) he's boootiful! I love blue merles . I saw my first blue merle collie on friday - but its a rescue and all her hair had been shaved . She was beautiful none the less!

and Hesapandabear - do you do this just once a week? How do I move it to grooming?

Hello, I was wondering if all the rough collie owners could tell me how often they groom their beautiful baby for and what it involves? I've been looking on websites and have found a mix of different information - some say every day, others say once a week. Thanks, Erin

if Roxy likes balls you could try throwing a ball through the tunnel. Mango now goes zooming through the tunnel

I don't know any diabetic dogs, but my neighbors cat is diabetic. They went away for a week and we had to give it injections twice a day!

Sorry to hijack your thread abbie... BUT is chicken protien? My dogs have round 4 chicken necks a night and kibble for breaky and an egg every second day. mango even licks the cats bum when she gets the cnahce

My pups eat cat poo too. But getting them to poo outside doesn't help. Our cats don't have kitty litter - they poo out side, my pups still manage to get to it.
