  1. Here is a pic of one of our boys brothers, our little one was the one that seemed the rogue in the aspects of looks. The lack of wrinkles is what attracted my other half to pick him out of the litter... :D
  2. Well hes 8 weeks 2 days and obeys sit ( he does this cute thing where he puts his paw on your hand. He knows his name its just a matter of whether he WANTS/NEEDS you. And today is our first day completely accident free WHOOP WHOOP! He currently sleeps in our bathroom at night with food water newspaper and his bed in there ( almost like hessian look cushion ) and my goodnes the carry on from him youd think he was being attacked!! So tonight i put in my boys little foam chair for our boy to sleep on and not one single peep has been made! He is starting to get some weight on. Even though hes on science diet softened its not his favourite so ive given him a variety of minced chicken carcass with vegies and rice mixed with his biccies and heds howing in. Im keeping an eye on his weight to height and his back ribs. Hes not fat when hes standing but gets a slight roundness when he sits. He is an absolute joy :0)
  3. He plays pretty well and we started training straight away. Hes picking up the house training quickly and is learning basic training. He seems to have grasped sit and he'll be doing puppy obedience classes in a couple of weeks
  4. Thanks alyosha i think he could use the extra weight ecspecially considering his height. I dont want to make him overweight but dont want to under feed him either
  5. My hubbys mum works at a vet clinic and brought around a 15kg bag of advance for large breed pups too. Now that he's wormed im hoping he does beef up a little. I dont like fattys but like you german shep i like a little round tum on a pup :)
  6. Weve been feeding him science diet puppy for large breeds since we got him 2 days ago but i think in my opinion he could use a bit more sp my hubs put some minced chicken carcass in with his biccies
  7. No hes dads got another breed his mastiff x i just cant remember what but he was huge. Mum is bullmastiff x english. Our fella had the least amount of wrinkles ( hubby found that mmore attractive ) but yes he is very much loved
  8. I have just taken a heap of photos...... easier said then done, but pics are too big, I will fix them up then add them
  9. Thank you lizt. Seriously though i asked a question about our pup not ask for people to attack me. Or where i got the pup from. I offered to chip and vaccinate the pup myself as i really like my vet and wanted our bubba going there from the word go. Hes healthy and happy i personally believe thats whats important.
  10. Thanks guys he turns 8 weeks tomorrow and was fully weaned and eating solids which is the only reason i got him so early. I weighed him again today and hes now 9kgs
  11. I got our male bm pup a few days ago. We took him to the vet for a check up, vaccination, microchip and worming. And the vet nurse seemed quiet shocked that at 7 weeks he tipped the scales at 7 kilos or 15lbs. He is absolutely adorable and big. Really he's all feet ( they take up most of my palm ) he is a beautiful fawn colouring with a darker line along his spine and the typical dark face and the cute wrinkles. He an absolute sook and likes to cuddle that close its like hes trying to burrow into your skin. Were currently working on house training which hes dealing quiet well with and the sit command. He sits straight away and lifts his big foot up. For a bm what is a typical healthy monthly weight gain? Ive read elsewhere about 10lb is the norm. Our BM is being fed advance puppy for large breeds and we have some science diet i think its called for puppys too which a add a little water to to soften the biccies up a little

    Bullmastiff

We just got our gorgeous bm puppy a few days ago. :-D We took him to the vet for his microchipping, vaccination, worming and overall check up. He was the biggest of his litter and a beautiful fawn with a darker line along his spine. He is just beautiful and all feet. At 7 weeks his weighing in at 7 kgs. Or 15.4lbs. We're feeding him advance puppy for large breeds and science diet i believe softened with a little water. He is extemely laid back and sits that close he becomes wraped around you. Ive done heaps of reading up on the breed so i know a little more detail about the bm mannerisms etc.
