  2. Hi guys Moving to Port Macquarie in NSW (mid north coast) to take up a job on local newspaper. Need temporary accommoodation for dog (and me - optional) for a few weeks until can organise long-term digs and have my furniture moved. Dog is a very well behaved border collie used to living in suburbia with no issues. He does not bark or jump fences, and is past the puppy digging stage (now 20 months). Ideally would like a share house situation, but failing that affordable accommodation for him within an easy drive of Port Macquarie where he can stay for a few weeks until I find somewhere suitable. If you have any ideas/suggestions, please email [email protected] or phone 0458122528. Dog is well socialised and used to compete in flyball. I will be doing obedience and agility in Port Macquarie.
  3. Hi Just moved to Albury and looking to do something with my Bcs. The flyball club here is on a break and hasn't competed in two years. Local kennel club has agility only once a month - "support not there" - and won't have it same night/time as obedience for obvious reasons. I have done only one basic novice agility trial years ago with another dog, but think that might be the way to go in terms of doing something with my two BCs that I can compete in when it suits me. Have already met one person who has reached trial level training by herself, but that is not ideal, and we both think it would be great to start some sort of informal support group of serious enthusiasts. If there is anyone out there interested, please give me a yell. Caro
