Hi. I was feeding puppy pal bisc what the breeder was feeding him on. Now the vet said try supercoat. Im going half and half. I shall keep that in mind what you said. it makes you worry as you dont know here the blood is coming from. Poor little feller. It looks like the blood is right at the end of his poo. Couple of drops on floor. God i wish i could find out what it was What is your dogs menu please. And what would you feed a puppy of 9 weeks ??? Thanks byott

Hi Sidoney. i dont know how to get the photos the right size to load. My daughters the one with the Digital camera . Well as for the poo !! starts off fine not too hard or runny. looks like near the end. thats when it gets a touch runny and spot of blood. Im no expert sorry

thanks ninaandted. yes i does get very worring. I dread looking after he has done a poo. had alittle this morning. shall see how we go with protexin for 5 days. I dont like it at all. I have kept him in the house since we have had him. Wont even let him out on my lawn. I shall ask the vet when i go back again for his shots. Vet told me to just give him supercoat & little puppy milk. Mind you he liked the dinner he had the other day mashed potaotes runner beans and little cooked mince. Woofed it all up. My other dogs when young used to get alttle what i was cooking. looks like it will be trial and error. yes parvo was my first concern . Hes oaky in himself running around like mad and hes settled in really good and slepping at night with no moans right till morning. I leave the light on outside so he can see my dogs on the patio . Hello scales of justice. yes vet did worm him again this morning. he had the little finger in his bottom. And then she checked under the magnifer. Hes eating okay and playing e.t.c. Byott

Hi all Thanks for the links . they were helpfull. vet gave me 5 days of protexin To maintain intestinal balance and function. Thats what it says on the packet. beneficial gut bacteria.. so may be it is trauma e.t.c & diet that has caused it. I have kept to the diet that the breeder gave. The vet said just to keep him on Supercoat & little puppy milk. So keep fingers crossed. he still had a touch of blood tonight in his stools. they are not hard or runny. Dread it when he does a poo now checking !!! Ive never had this befor with my other goldens. Such a worry with a new little puppy. Tried to get intouch with the breeder just to let her know what she thought. But have not heard back yet. Shall let you know how it goes Thanks all Byott

hello. could someone please help. Puppy 9 weeks old. Picked puppy up Monday.from wysiwygkennels . have emailed my breeder but she has not got back to me yesterday he had a little blood in his stool. Next stool fine. then this morning found a little more blood. he s soppose to have been up to date wth worming . Thank you byott

So, why ask about GR breeders yesterday if you were about to take delivery of a pup from Sydney that evening? Sorry, am I missing something? Are you getting another maybe? I looked at the website. He's a ripper! What's his name? Did you get his parents hip scores without a problem? Hi No i had been looking at dog breeders. then i went back to that site again and they still had 2 left so thought we would have alook. Well that was it as soon as i saw them. the dogs were in Brisbane. Was told the males hip score was good. But she was getting the females done again. soppse to be some mess up.
