You know rather a lot about the business of PR for someone who says you only like the page. You all know alot for people who don't like them, you probably have tabs on how many times the staff uses the bathroom too.

I wouldn't be allowed on the premises. That's not to say I haven't seen them though. And, I'm sorry, but any group that puts a dog in boarding, that has been told by the kennel manager that the dog is pregnant on various occasions, and refused to believe it or even get a vet visit organised, is just downright neglectful. That dog whelped in boarding and had four puppies. She could have been given vetcare much sooner and whelped in a home environment. But no. They know best. And who cares about just one individual dog in boarding when there are dozens? Maybe they could have spent more attention to dogs if they weren't dealing with arm chair rescues and keyboard warriors, I've never heard of that story but the reality is stuff happens, I got my car serviced once and they didn't put something back properly where it was meant to go, I went back and had them fix it, I didn't create hate pages on facebook, find out where the mechanic lived and stalk his address, and finding out who his friends were and talking crap about him to them.

"WAS" and "IS" are two different things, so you're argument of them being behind in rent, is based on them being behind 4 months ago? If they weren't up to date it would have been terminated by now, like how the tenant didn't pay, was warned too pay, she called the RSPCA, so was given notice to leave due to not paying rent. Also found it funny the first person to like these sorts of images is Melanie Plunket, the person who got removed from pound rounds for stealing money, how ironic.

Yes I found it quite odd someone would take pictures of them not doing their job, then share them on the internet. Also the "they weren't taken on property" comments were pretty hilarious, I wish I could get a camera that sees around walls and through cages at dogs.

No Kill shelters do not have kill lists. Anyone, everywhere, can also do this. If they believe in warehousing animals, placing animals in incompatible homes, or otherwise giving a bad quality of life. Have you personally seen the facilities? I suggest you look for yourself. Have you? Actually yes, best facilities I've seen, I haven't seen inside the pounds, but I have seen other shelters.

I would love to see proof that they are behind, by the way I heard you're behind on some bills, prove that you aren't, see how that works? Too many people making up dribble and people are lapping it up like it's proven fact, all I ask is proof of such allegations before assuming it's the case.

How do you know their rent is unpaid? the person who was meant to be looking after the dogs at STAR was behind in rent TO pound rounds, not pound rounds themselves. Not all their likers pay money, I liked the page and haven't given them a cent. Not sure who came up with that conclusion. Also not sure how they could be making that money while at the same time being in debt 0_o. Although 1 of the original members got the boot for stealing money, maybe those rumours are left over from those days.

Dogs go on the kill list from the pounds, PR promote the dogs all week, if they aren't homed they take them out before they are killed thursday afternoon.

The true followers ignore the negative pages, I know of people that have gone for a meet and greet to their facilities and when asked if they saw the pages they said "yeah but I wasn't going to make up my mind before actually seeing for myself", if people want the truth they will find out 1st hand, not through 2nd or 3rd hand parties. So if anyone asks they are able to visit the facilities? I would ask them, but I don't see them saying no considering they have people come to check out dogs on a regular basis, not to mention they have people that come specifically to walk the dogs, wouldn't make sense to say no.

Maybe she had a limited time, due to her being in jail of course. ;)

If they have any insight they will do a FAQ list and then when anyone requires answers they can direct them there but I understand in a small org getting started why they don't have the time to play too much with answering individual questions publicly and why they would choose to ignore those they feel are vexatious. A FAQ is never a bad idea, if they get the time with all the dramas they get hammered with (rspca & council visits due to disgruntled ex-tenants). Think of it from your perspective, how much work would you get done if the phone rang off the hook and all you wanted to do was make some progress? Worst part is the staff at PR aren't suffering, the dogs are.

I haven't come across anyone here who wants the pound dogs to die. Well a few people have mentioned they wont be happy until PR goes under, but no one is prepared to take on the role of getting dogs off death row, therefore if PR ceases to run, all those dogs will be back on death row. I know someone on facebook even said that pound dogs were just mutts and not real dogs anyway, sadly I don't think they'd be the only person in the world to have that opinion.

I dont think you do have to answer them publicly - would the RSPCA answer questions such as this on a face book page or a public forum - and would the RSPCA allow their ability to fundraise be affected by negative comments on a face book page if they could prevent it? However, they should have somewhere documented and policies written up etc to ensure they are trasparent but as for answering critics publicly its a mugs game and no real work would ever get done. Im not sure what you mean by them not being a business - to all intents and purposes they appear to be operating as a non profit business to me. PR have chosen to do their PR through social media, it is not inappropriate to demand explanations from them through social media. Do you know for sure that's the only way they promote? it's quite possible they have people out talking to trainers & rescues networking, facebook as for most businesses can just be a quick way to share or memo followers/supporters.
