  1. I don't have energy to devote to this argument, but. Sound's like $12,000 isn't alot of money for you?
  2. Yes I admit "cheapest" surgeon sounded bad. I am looking for "cheap-er" than $12,000
  3. Yes it is the dog's back legs that are the problem, I have spoken to the owner just now.
  4. Hi, I have a 20kg dog with two luxating patella's, one in each rear leg. I am looking to get the surgery done in Perth W.A. cheaper than I was quoted, which is $12,000 total for both legs. If anyone know's of a much cheaper veterinary surgeon please let me know.. Thanking you in advance.
  5. You are correct as far as I know. A dog has no patella in it's front legs
  6. I think the owner of the dog was told by a vet that it was the luxating patella's of the front leg's.
  7. I am not able to be too clear as it is not my dog and I don't know too much about what is wrong with the dog.
  8. Which specialist centre do you speak of?
  9. Hi all, I have a dog with two luxating patela's, a luxating patella in both front leg's. I have been quoted $12,000 total, to get both patella's fixed. Surely there is a vet in Perth, Western Australia that will do this surgery much cheaper than $12,000 total for both patella's? The dog I refer too is around 20kg in weight. Thanking you in advance.
