  1. Ok- but I don't think anyone actually said or implied that they were or accused you of ;)
  2. ok- that's not the question though, not asking that the litter be registered in nsw. The litter will be registered in qld- as the prefix is registered in queensland. just saying the litter be whelped in nsw. :D
  3. no ( except for Vic ) pups must be registered in the same state as the prefix holder, so pups can be whelped in NSW and registered in Qld. Thankyou, this is what I have understood of ankc ruling also
  4. And yes 3 month rule is known, a lease to finish off her title is being sorted.
  5. problem with transfer is obviously person a does not hold a prefix. Yes, there is the breeder producing a litter and giving a pup to person a, however breeder does not want a litter for a while, nor are they in a position to rear a litter. Litter was to be produced to allow person (a) to continue their show journey with a pup or two of their own. Bitch would then be returned to breeder. Puppies would be registered under breeders own prefix. What I have read on the ankc website is that a litter produced is to be registered in the state in which the owner of the bitch/and prefix is registered, despite where puppies are born. However in case where prefix in jointly owned in separate states, litter is to be registered in state where litter are born.
  6. Ok now I am confused lol So the litter must be whelped in the same state? even if the litter will be under the prefix that the bitch is under?
  7. Ok this is in nsw- breeder and owner of bitch qld
  8. Hello, This should be in the breeders forum but I do not have access so thought I would ask here. Straight to the point. person (a) is showing a bitch bred by and owned by person (b) Person (b) would like to acknowledge person (a's) efforts by allowing them to have a litter from the bitch. Litter will be under person (b)'s prefix as person (a) does not have one. Question- is person (a) allowed to whelp the litter in their home? litter will be using person (b)'s own dog.
