How old is the puppy? Is the breeder registered with dogs Victoria?

She is adorable. I had a white chihuahua when I was a kid and she went everywhere with me.

Kuranda dog beds. I have a golden retriever who destroyed every bed and blanket. Kuranda beds are more expensive but well worth. Also a truck tyre with straw in it works well.

Do you have proof? A written agreement and receipts? A decent ethical breeder would not take money for a pup that isn't even born yet. Never pay anything for a pup until you meet the pup. I have heard some stories of breeders doing this and the buyer doesn't get a pup or money back. I hope you can get your money back.

Is the dog microchipped? Who is the dogs microchip registered to? you or the old owner? If the dogs microchip is still registered to the old owner I think legally it's still their dog.
