  1. No, we haven't signed anything yet and deposit isn't needed as we're getting puppy on breeders terms. Just waiting for vaccs to be done so we can meet
  2. The waiting game is so hard, breeder said she will contact me after first vaccs which were most likely getting done this week, I don't want to come across pushy by emailing her we all have busy lives but I'm so worried thinking she's changed her mind the kids would be heartbroken. Pups are six weeks, seven on Tuesday.
  3. We're defiantly not taking puppy home till 8-9 weeks, we're just hanging to meet her. Registered breeder, we have done all our research, she comes very highly recommend. I was just checking to see if it's the normal thing to do to not allow visits till after the first vacc
  4. Hi everyone, We're getting a puppy and are soooo excited. We are hanging to meet her but the breeder has said no till a few days after she's had her first vacc, is this the usual way it works? She's was six weeks yesterday and breeder said hopefully will fit in vacs this week.
  5. Do breeders from dogs online? Needing researching
  6. Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and needing some help finding the perfect breed for my young family, my children are 1, 5 and 8 years. I've had dogs all my life and so have they in till our staffy died from old age late last year. I've been researching the toy poodles they sound like the perfect dog we have even found a breeder and a puppy who's a week old, we are so excited BUT before we commit fully and pay our deposit this week I wanted to make sure 1000% the breed would be suited to our family. The only thing that concerns me I've read that the toy poodles aren't always good with children they can bite and be yappy towards them, my kids want a dog they can play and run with throw a ball for, can take along camping, to the beach, to footy training anywhere we can. If the toys are grown up for children will they be fine? Hoping to hear others experience with toy poodles and children. Any help would be great. Thank you all. Katie
