About Me
Hello All,
My name is Brad,i have just recently taken ownership of the cutest puppy ever seen {maybe being a bit bias, maybe not ?}. Her name is Cleo, and she is a Purebred English Staffordshire Terrier, blue in colour. Cleo was being sold rather young {i thought},she was purchased at 6 weeks old {cost me an arm and a leg},and regardless of my thoughts about Cleo being separated from her mother,i knew that if i did not purchase her then and there, someone else would of snapped her up. The breeder was going into Hospital for an operation the following week, so i am sure that came into play, and she was a lovely responsible, and caring breeder.
Now a little bit about myself, i am 47 years of age, and have experienced many of life's up's and down's,I have served in both the regular Army, and Navy, and am a trade qualified Carpenter also. After discharging from the Navy i experienced quite a few bouts of major depression, and have been diagnosed with complex PTSD on top of that. Due to my service, i have been unable to own a dog for quite some years, and always looked upon the stage in my life, when i had a dog, as the happiest years of my life. A big wet kiss every morning sure beats any form of medication i'm aware of.
I am looking forward too many happy years with Cleo, and am interested in eventually training her to become a Therapy Dog {Puppy School 1st, then the world}.
This site was recommended to me by a lady at my local Pet Barn, and i am going to make every use of its members advice.
Best of health to you all
Brad
