I am based in Sydney and have a 4 month old puppy (dachshund/fox terrier cross) and I have been invited to Perth, WA for Christmas. I would intend to stay a week. Irrespective of cost, I would like to hear people's views on whether I should arrange to fly my puppy across with me? Have other people flown puppies at a similar age? My puppy is very chilled out and used to car journeys but I recognise this is a totally different experience plus a minimum 5 hour flight. Am i crazy to be thinking of doing this?
