I took my 3-1/2 year old Berner to a Vet for a general checkup. They ran a blood and urine panel that looks perfect. During a check of the prostrate the vet described feeling bumps (described like a textured condom) in the anal tract. A second Vet confirmed feeling the same thing. a suggestion is this may be related to hormones as he is intact. I have not heard of such a thing and wanted your insight
