Exactly the same thing happened to me last year, I was told my puppy would be dropped off at an undisclosed pound if i didn't pay extra money. I also have emails to confirm that.
Also, the puppy was non existent. I checked the ABN that was listed and it was a dog rehoming business, when I called them they advised that they had had a number of inquiries and that someone was using their ABN. Reported to police, bank etc, but never received anything back.
The business I thought I was buying my pup through was called Caboodle and poodle Rehoming.
