  6. hi all here are the details again for everyone all types of dogs are allowed to run it costs $1 a run and you can have as many runs as you like Our next Lure Coursing date is Sunday 28th August. It will be held at KKC Park, from 1.30pm - 3.30pm(depending on numbers). Hope to see you all there. stuart The entrance to KCC park is on melways 128 J12. Follow the entrance road to the gravel area on the south side of the main building. The lure coursing is held in the fenced off area to the south. Due to recent changes in VCA insurance requirements, we would like to advise that: a) If you are a VCA Member, you need to bring your current membership card to show as proof of membership, or b) If you are a current member of a dog/obedience club that has already charged you the VCA fee as part of your current membership costs, you need to bring your current membership card of that club to show as proof of membership, or c) If you are not a VCA Member, or you do not bring your current VCA membership card, you will be asked to pay a $6.50 fee to be covered as a VCA Companion Member before being able to participate (Note: This fee is an annual fee that covers you for subsequent events for the year
  7. I agree just take your own food as for eating it, probably when its finished would be easiest, but the bbq is only about 30 mtrs from the start so when you get hungry I suppose
  8. Max and me will be there nat the bbq is next to where we sat when we had the meet a couple of months ago
  9. yes there is shelter next to the bbq's just a reminder in case some one has got it wrong it is sunday week the 28th of August not this sunday
  10. yeh where the trench runs up beside the car park and stops the bbq are spread around the park there is about 5 or 6 the nearest one to the coursing is about 25 mtrs away next to the shelter I just can't remember if it was 20 cents or $1 to run them
  11. well it looks like quite a few are coming. can I suggest we all meet while the lure coursing are on at the start of the trees closest to the car park I will be there with max and seeing he will be the only pharaoh there we will be easy to pick out, the biggest problem with so many people there, is people not knowing who each other are and standing around wondering "is that so and so" max is easy to spot so when you see him say hello
  12. it is in an enclosed area so they can't go far
  13. yes I've entered the 20th, 21st, be there on the 28th, entering 10th/9 also. have to get max some show training before the royal
  14. or another suggestion is they do have bbq's at the park we can fire one of them up and just let all the dogs go in the lure coursing area when they have finished
  15. yeh I think it was the only time you weren't there 'pity '
  16. I don't have a problem with any other dogs running with max its just a matter of them keeping up with him, as what happened yesterday he ran with the 2 greyhounds and they slowed the lure down and he caught it
  17. thanks must have missed it before sorry very good pic will p.m you
  18. max and I and Ashley were there to max had a ball ended up doing 4 runs but as soon as he got home
  19. starts at 1.30 I'll be there about 1.oo to get some early tickets
