    My family...dogs and music
  1. A mad video of a Pit doing what it loves...
  2. Go little Bam Bam... He has so much respect for you that dog, you can tell just by that video. You have done a great job with that boy!
  3. For Cody Just a dog, Some people say... Oh what I'd give For one more day. You brought such joy Immeasureable love, You deserve your very own cloud above. I will miss you Precious one, Like double rainbows Setting suns. But now it's God's turn Life anew, And he deserves A Dog like you. But if you don't mind Lord, This I pray, Oh what I'd give For one more day... RIP beautiful girl.
  4. Rest in Peace beautiful Jake. Run with my Zoe and Missy, they will take care of you.
  5. Sounds like a tummy buggy thing. My Maltese picks them up all the time. Not fun coz he sleeps in my bed So I have to put him in the laundry while he is sick which makes him fret so he loses even more weight. The fact that one of your babies got ill and then the other says to me it is a viral infection. They can get viral rashes too. I know how to handle Max now when he gets them, he gets at least one a year, I don't know why. My Vet calls him 'tummy bug' I just make sure he has little bits of fluid often, electrolytes and when his vomitting stops he has small amounts of chicken and white rice. Hope the two babies are better soon.

    Milk

Feeding milk can be very benificial, as long as it is low Lactose or Lactose free, there is just as much calcium in Lactose free milk as there is in normal cows milk and it is better for your dogs digestive system.
  7. The smell like no other puppy smells...gimme gimme gimme
  8. Yup I agree...no more advice until we get a photo
  9. I have fed my dogs Bonnie for years and have never had a problem, Bullmastiff's, Greyhound's, Chihuahua's and Maltese. They also get human consumption fresh meat (beef and chicken). It all depends on the dog, just like us, they are all different. My hubby can eat all sorts of spicey foods without any problems, and me well I have a bit of pickles on a sandwich and my stomach aches and rumbles for hours afterwards :D Talk to your Vet about a diet that is suitable for your furkid. I also agree cooked chicken mince and boiled white rice for a few days to see if that settles his belly down a bit. Good luck with it.
  10. Goodnight Eugene, sleep well.
  11. Arnold inhales anything I give him. He eats chicken frames like a croc. He has only just gone onto big boys kibble from the puppy formula. He has scrambled eggs or vegemite on a 4x2 bicky for breakfast. And he has Bonnie kibble and chicken with veges and rice most nights, then a few times a week he has meaty beef bones(sometimes brisket) or lamb flaps to chomp on. He also has table scraps, depending on what we have He's a happy healthy growing lad.
  12. Exactly, he is doing what all youngens do, building an immune system...just keep up with the clear fluids, just like you would a human baby.
  13. Yes they definatley can get colds, take your baby to the Vet asap. He may become dehydrated and then require iv fluids. Just to make sure, take a trip to your local Vet. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
