here you go:

ok, this is my try at it. 1. i select the dog with the lasso too, copy and paste it as top layer. 2. i add another layer between the first (original picture) and the second layer (just the dog) 3. i clone the bottom layer (orig. phicture) into the second layer 4. i touch up on the dog (ie. erase extra bits, add on extra on stuff) 5. i kind of blurred the background a bit 6. add a bit of a drop shadow, which allows you to see stuff you've missed erasing, and so i'll touch up a bit more...

Thanks I have trouble with animation in ImageReady as well... IR is not animation-friendly

I think there are some using Corel Paint Shop Pro I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 I quite like these I haven't taken a decent picture in ages

I found the easiest way to do it is to use the magnetic lasso tool, copy the selected, then paste it onto the image you wanto merge it with, afterwards, zoom in and erase the outer edges that arnt so "clean".

yeah im bored have no idea how to do an OOB but was too lazy to find a tutorial for it anyway eta: With merging...i find it sooo much harder to erase and soooooooooooo much easier to just use the lasso tool, then if there are still parts left in, i'll zoom in to erase

totally off topic...but.. how do dogs tell the difference between something edible and something not edible? like when you have a certain food smell on your hand, they lick it and not chew on it? ;) sorry for the hijack ;)

How's toilet training? When was Jade's birthday? my puppy is about her age and he's having trouble with toilet training too, we could be ouside for an hour and he still won't go, but once we're inside he goes immediately. I ordered a crate weeks ago and it's stlil not here :

soz, with the h on the end is cooler well, he's eating now, so we'll just have to see puppy formula's more nutritiuos though, and seeing as how he barely eats but is sooo energetic, I'll keep him on it till he's a bit older.
