  1. Well, we had a tiring day & night.

Most of yesterday (Tues) Jess was huffing & puffing and some straining, then decided to sleep in the arvo.

BUT she would not let me out of the room.

Then in the evening more panting & some straining and digging up her paper.

Just after midnight she whelped a black girl 208gr

Waited two hrs decided to shred the newspaper then gave us a black boy 180gr then decided to sleep.

So we just made the May thread. All are doing fine. The girl is certaintly heavy average is approx 140gr I think.

  2. I think a friend of mine in SA went to Two Wells just to see if a virgin male had a good sperm count before an

interstate bitch flew to him, cost was about $80-$100 I think.

Good luck & I hope you get the result you are after.

  3. PomsNZ I am sorry to hear about your girl. :( :(

Congrats LizT on your arrivals, that boy certaintly did make you wait.

Ours are still in the oven and hoping for a day time arrival although the other two litters were night time births.

  4. To me Puppy farm conjures up an image of rolling hills with cows & sheep. Nice looking house with picket fence,

perhaps some chickens & horses & dogs running around doing doggy things.

This is not the place most oodles etc are coming from.

I would call them Puppy MILLS as they are churned out at a regular rate.

just my opinion since everyone are calling them farms.

Thundercat, is there any progress with your neice?

  5. Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has had their cheque cashed and numbers received?

Positive we put in a return envelope but haven't got our numbers or cheque cashed, hopefully they arrive before

Friday so I don't have to contact the busy secretary.

  6. It isn't just a case of publishing the schedule. There are rules to be followed and one of those rules (at least in NSW) is to have the schedule and judges contracts into the CC 5 months before the show.

In Vic it has to be at the VCA 5 months prior to show date IF you want it published in vicDog OR if you don't want it published in Vicdog it has to be there 4 months prior.

IF the club has the schedule into the VCA within the four month time frame why couldn't they ask for it to be slipped into the packaging? Or just advertise it elsewhere???

  7. Thats a shame if they missed the cut of date, but couldn't they ask to just have it slipped into the plastic bag as

    a loose sheet?

Or have it included on the VCA web site? Ozshow or even here?

Emailed to breed clubs (yes I know there would be lots of work involved in that idea.)
