I agree with the idea of making the vet a fun place to visit. My vet surgery is great, the vets and the nurses all make a fuss of each animal and they take a lot of time with the young ones to make sure that it's not a terrifying experience. They hand out lots of yummy treats too!!!! My dogs are both so keen to get there they just about pull me in the door!!!!! I'm so grateful that the staff go to so much effort, it really pays off.
