Ahhh ... I think I know who you mean. She was a bit beside herself and was going to drive down from SA to have her dog B&T with me. But I didn't think that (ie Boarding & Training) was going to be the best thing for her dog under the circumstances, nor was I certain that it would be necessary. Enter Mark :rolleyes:.

I'm sure you'll be able to help her out.
