Can you contact consumer affairs about them? because this is not on. I had an issue with an ebay seller earlier where a parcel was taking more then the 7 to 14days they had given for it to arrive. I contacted them at 28 days only to be told ''takes time please wait longer'' and made to feel like I was in the wrong. Netherless they got a rating down from me.
