On Monday I filled out a form on their website inquiring about a missing screw from our 4 year old Deluxe Gazebo. Yesterday a parcel arrived from Oztrail with not 1 but 6 of the inquired about screws - NO CHARGE, not even postage. That is Customer service! Edited cos I can't spell.
