9 Week Old Bully With Loose To Runny Stools!?
persephone replied to British Bully Lover's topic in Puppy Chat
Agree with Rebanne on this one. You also probably should not have sold a pup where the litter was unwell. -
:) The Boss insists on calling Puddenhead PLUTO .... , and Jeff is 'LEGS' , as "Where's my legs ..I can't find my legs !...." LOL

Pancreatic Enzymes And Stomach Cancer
persephone replied to dollygirl's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
That cancer may have been present for quite some time - your caring in giving him the enzymes has not (AFAIK) made things worse. Cancer doesn't care ..he is old, and was perhaps weakened by the pancreatitis , so progression may have hastened . NOT your fault :) -
normally not very - this creature has a touch of "hound of the baskervilles' about him, voice wise !

Don't joke :p Not sure how he will go here .. his tolerance of pain is low ..and he will bay/scream the place down from getting a prickle in his foot to being scared by the cat! That, plus the hearing /location trouble means he is , at present, high maintenance .....I shall probably end up as white as he is !!

Thanks for the update :)

Disappointing. may I suggest you ask stores if they will aloow a fitting in-store ? That way you can see before buying

I wondered the same thing. If you don't even refer to them by the correct name. I did wonder that too...but wasn't sure what the correct name was. Doesnt really matter .I get a couple of phone calls a day from people who want to talk to me about Maremmas - some breed them and some have owned them for a decade or more and they dont pronounce or spell the name correctly whether their experience is with registered ones or not. aIn that sense, no, it doesn't matter. My point was more that people are here spending time giving advice and I'm sure most of them are assuming the dogs in the OP are ANKC registered breeding animals, as they may well be, but Reading the OP there is nothing to indicate whether the animals in question are pedigree breeding animals or back yard bred animals that are barely the essence of staffy, or anything in between. I just reckon folks wouldn't be so keen to use their time advising byb is all. I understand your P O V ....

no ideas, just a BIG -
Ok - in my opinion , that much poo means she is perhaps getting too much grain etc in her food ...or too much food ;) Maybe try her on her puppy kibble for the morning meal, a small amount of mince for lunch , and a couple of chicken wings -WHOLE AND RAW for her evening meal (your tea time) Theoretically that should make for much less moving thru the belly overnight ;) And yes.. eating chicken wings like this will take her a little while , and is best done outside ;)
