I am looking at her veteran photos now, they are taking a while to upload, be there soon
-
Congratulations, they did you proud

I have done some people portrait workshops with Creative Photo Workshops, they are brilliant and loads of knowledge to share, and certainly cheaper, and they travel http://www.creativephotoworkshops.com.au/

thanks :D

OK I have to ask what is a supreme champion?
-
Gorgeous photos, looks like a lovely place, must have been a great holiday
-
thanks, I haven't heard of Cosequin
-
that is right, if you are in photoshop and view actual pixels that is at 100% too. I have been considering this lens because I wouldn't use it so much to make it worth spending the extra money on a Canon
-
Snook, Gorgeous photo, there was another one from here I saw on FB that I really loved, you should add it on here, it is great :)
Jack and Dash's Mum, cute photo, they don't mind cuddling up close
Ktig, Paddy looks cute as ever, love the one on your walk
Anniek hope Cowboy is improving
TLC, that is fantastic, love the ears flying in the wind
This is my photo for week 19, Tilly got a hair cut again yesterday by her breeder and I took this one when she was finished

Great photos, that first one is priceless, love it. They don't look too dark to me either.
How do you find the lens? is it nice and sharp at 100%?
-
He looks adorable, can you tell us more about these dogs, I have never heard of them before
-
some people are still doing selective colouring and I just wasnt to close my eyes :)
-
you will love it

I'm just doing it to improve my photography skills (such as they are  ) sometimes they work and sometimes they don't - I'm enjoying it anyway.
I'm much more confident using the different settings on the camera now.
You have had some lovely photos in here
-
Greg, you already have 30mm on the 17_70 so maybe a slightly longer prime would be useful? 85 or 100 mm
-
I have a30mm sigma too, a good lens and sharp, the 50mm sigma is apparently better than the Canon version. I did some reading of some of the Sigma zooms on B&H Photo and Video, and they did not compare as well to the Canon lenses, but have not looked at the lens you mentioned. It is a great site to read the customer reviews on

that is fantastic Love Tlaloc retrieving the horse. A friend recently took her assistance dog on a trip to Europe with her, she had never been anywhere before that and they had a fantastic time.
-
I would go 17-70 if I had one, :)
-
Glad to see you guys are still going strong with the challenge. I got to the stage I was just too busy to care if I was taking a decent photo or not so stopped the challenge myself
-
Thanks. I was glad the greyhound photo I loved got an award of excellence too
EtA It is probably better odds than winning lotto :)
-
Well I entered 2 photos in the 3rd competition, got 2 marks of excellence, but missed out on the money again, oh well  Did get some nice comments from the judge though, they are the Brittany photos of course, a funny one of Tilly from her 52 weeks photos and a photo of Jaffa from my last litter.

My friend recently bought a couple of collars from Karma Collars which is a company that hand crafts leather collars. I was admiring some of these collars online - they are not cheap, but very well made. I was hoping to get something special for my little critters, but I would prefer to buy something Australian.
Anyone know of any good sites? I'll go international if they have something I really like, so feel free to post those sites too, if you know of any good ones.
Also, anyone got pictures of their special collars? I would love to see what you have (preferably modelled by your dogs!) :)
They are gorgeous, I have a feeling I shouldn't have read this thread LOL
