  1. Hi Laffi

It doesnt matter how high the dryer is on as long as the dog is dried thoroughly so the EPO or Royal Jelly gets forced into the hair shaft.

I tend to use a blower rather than a dryer. The air coming out still heats up so is still doing the job i need it to do.

I would not use high heat of a dryer for any great lengths of time as you can actually do more damage if it is left in the one spot for to long.

So a low or a moderate heat is fine.

  2. Catsmother

They look so gorgeous and clean!! Your BC's whites are gleaming white.

    Puggy Puggy

I love Lynda and Archies tribe of poodles. And funnily enough they love me. Some of them can be quite shy but i had a few that were my bed partners whilst i was there. Everyone was truly amazed!!

Gianni is a clown. Sharna is oh so gorgeous too. To me they were a lovely introduction to the poodle breed who i had previously had little time for. Now i will agree there is nothing like a poodle or two cuddling in when you miss your own big boof heads.

  3. Winterpaws

I have spoken to Lynda and either she or Archie will get on to you ASAP. She had tried to ring you.

They are now waiting for new stock to arrive as they are nearly out of EPO!! And Crufts is next week and the shampoo is made to order for them so it is as fresh as possible when it gets here. No old stock for us Aussies.

For those of you with Psoriasis or Exczma there is an EPO Cream that you can get as well. Smells a bit Lavendery. I use it on the occassional hot spot on a dog to help healing. But i also use it on me for my strange spots. LOL

Keep up all the good work guys.

  4. HI Laffi

If you are using the food supplement as well as the shampoo. You are working the Epo through both the internal system and the external system. Some dogs respond extremely quickly.

Other dogs with there already weakened immune systems it can take a little longer.

Please remember that clean and healthy skin makes for coat growth for those that are worrying about bathing weekly or more. Most show dogs are washed weekly and some breeds get washed daily in the USA.

  5. HI Wingus

With EPO once you have the skin condition under control once a week washing is fine. If it flares up again then you go back to twice weekly.

The EPO shampoo is gentle on dog skin so there is no issue with washing on a regular basis.

A lot of people actually buy it to wash there own hair with as they may have things like psoriasis.

Many dogs do not react well to Malaseb or Aloveen and i have one of those. Never any reaction with EPO at all.

Winterpaws can you PM me with your details please and i will get on to Lynda and Archie for you so we can trace your email back to see where it is at.

  6. I am pretty much a prey /raw feeder.

Mine get lamb parts and hearts, chicken carcasses and parts, beef bones and parts, emu bones pork bones and parts and heads are good fun. Anything i can get fairly cheap. Whole eggs that they nick. Occassionally tins of salmon or sardines.

My pups are raised with more raw than kibble. Kibble is only given as new owners want an easy way to feed. But those pups i keep go onto meat meat and more meat.

No smelly breath, good poops etc.

Mine get no vegetables at all.

Occassionally one of the chickens will end up in the runs and after the chase and hunt its all gone.

If we are tight for dosh they do get kibble and mince but it is more mince than kibble.

The only additive is either Royal Jelly or Salmon Oil capsules.

  7. Hi All

I have just spoken to Lynda and Archie. They have been away with the van at shows all weekend.

However in regards to orders if you have provided a mobile number they have said that they have tried a few and no one has answered or got back to them either.

So if you have provided a mobile number could you please get back to them preferably with a landline or somewhere where a message can be left.

Lynda will also be going thru all the emails tonight and double checking that orders have been completed etc.

And please remember that it can take more than 2 days for an order to get to you. As soon as payment is recieved parcels are sent out immediately.

Lynda and Archie are so pleased so many of you are finding great benefit in the Groomers Range of Products and are spreading the word of what great products they have.

    Cheers

  8. Loraine

It sounds like his greasy coat is a part of his whole skin problem.

EPO shampoo does not always work with the first application. In some dogs it can take 6 or so washes to start really seeing the results.

Remember nothing we do with our dogs skin is a quick fix. Months and sometimes years have gotten our dogs to where we and they are looking for solutions.

Give it all some time to work. The results will eventually be forthcoming

  9. A lot of puppies are scared of the car.

Take her on lots of trips with you even if she never gets out of the car.

OR put her in a crate for all car travel.

I have an 8 week old litter atm they have been on about 6 car rides already and some of them have been for a whole 5 mins as i go up and back from our local shop. They dont carry on in the car they are actually becoming more and more curious as to what we pass.

The 10 week old pup gets shunted in the car all the time. She normally goes wherever i go. She never comes out of the car as her vaccs are not completed. She loves going for car rides now. Her first couple of times it was i have to be on top of you. Now she sits and watches or falls asleep.

And none of my pups have ever had a bad experience at the vets and i am sure your pup has already had 1 visit to a vet for her initial vaccination.

She is a dog treat her matter of factly and do not put human emotions on her.

It sounds to me like you are treating her like a baby and she is picking up on your fears and concerns.

Have fun with her and all will be right with the world

  10. Hi Inspector rex

I use the tropical creme conditioner which is semi leave in one. However it does not leave the coat oily or limp. It can also be used in a spray bottle with water for brushing out during the week as well.

I also use there EPO coat conditioning spray when i show to get coat to lie flatter and to get rid of fly away ends.

  11. Cockerlover

I have no idea at all about Groomers friend.

I LOVE Groomers products from the UK. I use there Royal Jelly Shampoo for my show dogs and there Raindrops Salon Range for the other dogs. I also use there Tropical Coat Conditioner, food additive and many of there other ancillary products on my dogs.

I have been a convert for about 5 years now and wouldnt change!

  12. Cockerlover

There are two totally different products being talked about here.

Groomers is an english product with no added salt whatsoever. Groomers manafacture shampoos for salons as well as for general grooming. Those people on DOL who use Groomers are either using there Evening primrose oil or Royal Jelly shampoos.

Groomers Friend is an Australian product that is talked about on there website as Pet essence.

  13. Hi Catsmother

Yes you can continue to use the EPO as your regular shampoo.

Royal Jelly is for coat growth.

You may find that you may need to keep your pups on the EPO all the time. Control of the itchies is probably far more important than having masses of coat.

You can always purchase a 500 ml of Royal Jelly and see how you go and if need be go back to the EPO.

    Cheers

  14. Lynlovesdogs

Please give it a chance to work. Sometimes it takes a couple of baths for some dogs to really start seeing results.

Remember a lot of itchy dogs have behaviours re chewing and licking that also have to be unlearnt.

Did you follow the directions ie double washing and leaving on for 5 minutes to soak in. I find it useful during that 5 mins to give a good massage all over. Working it in everywhere i can. Dogs love to be massaged as i am sure you are aware.

And LLD Congratulations on getting her to stand and sit under the dryer for 2 + hours.

    Keep working at it.

And congratulations everyone who is starting to see results. Its wonderful when our mates start to clear up and get back to the happy puppies we love.

  15. Congrats Westiemum

Glad to hear that it is all working for you and you love the products as much as I do.

LLD Archie will post as soon as he can which is normally the same day so it will depend on how long things normally take to get to you from Melbourne. I know things take about a week to get to me however i do not have next day delivery from Capital cities as i am in an outer country area.

Keep up all the experiences Lynda loves hearing about them!!
