  1. I also deal with SODR and have found them to be excellent :) Have no idea in regards to adoptions though but if they commit to putting their name on a poundie they will take the dog regardless of healthy and happy to pay for vet treatment even before its left pound.

I would imagine re adoptions they will do whats best for the dog.

  2. Thanks! :)

I'm sure when she gets a moment she'll stick her head in here but if she doesn't I will shoot her a PM or give her a call

Do you want me to let you know when next transport run to Sydney is planned ?

  3. Brilliant guys

huntrox...send your coats to MUP for her pounds :thanks: Walgett now has a new ranger , female, so much more likely to put coats on them hopefully. They will be getting a parcel for the pups and smalls soon (thanks heaps Powerlegs )

Panto.....Marshall can meet up with you in Prestons whenever he's doing a run and from there they can be distributed to Wyalong, Walgett, Forbes, Temora, Junee and any others he might pick up from in between, lol

  4. Naw that's lovely Nina, did you see the photo I posted on the previous page?

Apparantly their other dog is the father, he is arab cross mastiff but apparently just under knee height, going from the dodgy photo that I can half see him in I'd say he may have some staffy in him although he's only 7 months so more growing to go yet.

So dad is only a baby too :( Oh ok...just seen the photo, she looks a bit lab/mastiff/dane/ridgeback Im thinking but at least she's not brindle, lol

  5. This is the msg I had from Mary who is going to care for her (does she have a name by the way ? )

"Nina can you let your forum readers know that the gorgeous giant will b given the best of care during her confinement and whelping. My mother was a registered breeder and we had many pregnant bitches over the years and a good birthing record. We r all set to give her the care she deserves."

  6. Nina, If their eyes were opening they are at least 7 - 10 days old which may make a difference to someone considering hand raising. The ears have also unpeeled from their heads which indicate they are over a 7 days old.

A change in the title of the thread may encourage someone to put their hand up as there is quite a difference between 3 day olds and 10 day olds. The most important being they will have had colostrum from the mother so are less likely to fade and die.

Sorry if this isn't written very well but it is the best I can do for the moment.

Ok..thanks Ams. Yes very well written, you can tell I haven't had much to do with young kittens :o
