    Digging ?

Isn"t it amazing how a hole can be talked about ! I will keep all idea's in mind, thank you They have stopped digging >) "good hole" . .. "bad hole""good hole" . .. "bad hole"
  2. I would start taking her outside when you go out. Then move to leaving her and maybe talking thrue the door. (make sure she has some FAV toys) Start playing games outside, and just let her learn "outside" is where she can run full-ball and play alot, she will soon want to go out-side. Maybe start giving her some food out there ?

    Digging ?

Digging. My husband has been re-building our garden, thus leaving piles of dirt ,the dogs discovered the dirt and dug, having some harmless fun. The dirt is now removed, but the dogs have discovered that digging up the yard is fun as well. Is there anyway to stop this?
  6. Yes,far better to be safe. I posted that p/number and name because it was stated that the vet wasn't real. After getting off the phone (after i had posted) i can even understand why/how they missed the bur, especially having found that she has dermatis and red feet. (the red is between the toe area) I hope thsi thread just die's
  7. Im done trying to answer all the Qn's that are being asked. 1 thing i would like to add I spent a fortune that day,and i can look after my dogs,i treat them a hell of alot better than alot of u have treated me. After paying for 3 things ,NO i coudnt afford them to cut her, just to LOOK around. What would u say if i had and it was a BUR on the out-side (shudders to think of that !) U all miss-judged the disprin, yet nodody says outright they were wrong, after all it was OK for u to jump to that conclusion after telling me to change vets, why not just think they were doing "over-kill" on her. Who here is the experts ? Who is here to learn ? I am,and i will stay and post, dont read them OK
  8. it was ordered on Thursday (its the infra-red part that has broken)
  9. Because all this time it was a bur, poor girl (Kreepy) Then with being told that Leigh didnt have to have her belly pumped, and them not finding the bur,i was angry
  10. It would have been cheaper, but i had used all the money. kreepy's foot seems great !,she is running so much i took her into the room (the stiches) MinMIn and kreepy are sisters,Leigh is a lab,im trying to get pics up
  11. yes i will from now on. Thank u for ur patience
  12. OK. on that day i could afford Leight and kreepys needles and Kreepy being Desexed. If they had to cut (operate) her foot, then NO i coudnt have afforded that, and i did ask if they could bill me ,they said no so i had to wait. I try to do the best for my dog's,and u all jump over me ! Its was this board that said she could have disprin, and SORRY i dont post as flash as all u do May i be forgiven now ? Did they examine the dog under sedation then? You could afford that, could you? If they sedated and found something, they would not leave it there, so did you agree to exploratory surgery or not?
  13. i *declined* to have her foot cut open . She was there to be DESEXED and to have her FOOT SEEN TO. If there had of been another reason for the limp, then i would have waited til next pension day and gotton it seen to. How has your vet stuffed up? You declined their request to investigate further. The burr could likely have been further up and they wanted to go in to find it! You declined! As for the aspirin - the vet was right to make your dog throw up the tablet.
  14. Well i must say,u seem to be a tolerant person. Any wonder your cat looks like that (im joking,i dont like to be nasty) If you have been able to make head or tail out these posts, well good on you. To the rest of us they are rambling, repetitive, illogical, illegible and nonsensical. Asking questions to try and understand what the hell this person is on about does not qualify as a "baptism of fire" Quite frankly, I am surprised people did not start calling out the "T" word long ago. Aspirin is a drug that is used to treat dogs. Therefore for us to conclude that the vet was possibly indulging in some overkill to pump the stomach when one tablet was swallowed, is a perfectly normal response on our part.
  15. I have no idea,we cheaked and looked ,Kreepy doesnt like to be still, and scratches and drawes blood. That is why we 1st asked the vet to look, and how they didnt see it under sedation is again beyound me,but i do think my rubbing the creaminto her foot has softnened/loosened it ? It was way up under the pad
  16. kEyboard Any idea when baptism ends ?? was what i said
  17. Thanks When i said it was 300 mg,the vet went to the book aNY DA HN BATSM NDS ???
  18. I was showing that again my vet had stuffed up,poasted the addy and number because somebody said they thought the vet wasnt real.
  19. Im not sure,i hope so She wants me to buy a spray thats $40 (but ilooked on-line and can get it for $20)
  20. Th red foot is ment to be dermatitze. She was limping ,she limped all the time, rubbing the cream may have loosened it and moved it down ,now that it is out, there is no limp at all-----so it had to be the burr.
  21. No. Do you raise Emu's ?
  22. yes, both They are sister's. She said its a dermitize (sp)
  23. Concerning the disprin,i also asked about that, they said she had taken a human doasage and that it was harmful and she needed to be pumped, they are certanally there I am starting to think this vet is fictional. Seems the same vet pumped the dogs stomach after he ate one aspirin tablet yesterday Rish, rather than giving us a detailed description of how you are feeling in the topic title, perhaps you could be a little more specific and refer to the subject of the post/question/rant etc???
  24. Nearly got it !. 1st my keyboard is playing up,so im typing as best i can,2nd im not the greatest speller,3rd i will try to not text talk,4th i tend to type as i speak, sorry Kreepy has had a sore foot for over 1 mth, when she had her needle the vet also looked and coudn't find anything wrong with it,Kreeepy was limping ect. On this vist 1 mth later ,while getting desexed they were going to have a really good look while she was asleep,as nobody could see or find anything, they said they may need to cut her to have alook around, but i said no i cant afford that. When we picked her up,they said she had dermitise on her feet (friday) and her feet were redraw. Today (Monday) i was rubbing cream into her feet as i have every day and i went up under the pad part of her nails, and there was a burr. I have sice rung the vet,3 people looked and it was put in her notes that she was still limping after the operation, she isn't limping at all now that i have the burr. Hope u can understand this post
  25. K9 the VET-(de-dum) told us we cant have leigh sleep with us,is that true ? Says she thinks she is at our leval and takes over, BTW_she is deaf now to-LOL
