  1. I have no reason to answer or justify anything. I did nothing wrong, so make up stories all u like.
  2. So if u all know about mum, do enlighten me as to what her breed is cos i can tell u it's not a dutch but u all must be right.
  3. no its not - I have it in black and white in front of me. Along with other interesting things from Kristina. I dont make things up. If you have evidence that Kristina is selling more puppies to pet shops or breeding for this purpose, feel free to post it. If not, I'm afraid I'm going to have assume it is speculation and ignore it Glad to see at least one person in here with a brain
  4. uh huh. Along with the other litter they plan to take to the pet stores? Do tell, which litter? More stories hey?
  5. Puppy farmers. I cannot imagine any responsible ethical breeder selling their babies to a pet store. Yup...I know a few breeder's, all registered, and reputable. None of them would even consider selling to a pet store. Guess that's the difference between an ethical breeder and some one with no ethics who is only interested in the money Oh ye, the money, stupid. U'd make a hell of a lot more by selling private.
  6. Y are they not in working homes?? Cos they're not suitable for it!!!! Just cos a dog is a certain breed doesn't mean every pup in the litter will suit the job they were bred for.
  7. Thanks for this heads up. Are there other breeds that would be described as 'high drive hard working dogs'? Isn't that why the police & military use German & Belgian Shepherds so extensively? So wouldn't there be other dogs that shouldn't be sold to unsuspecting, inexperienced families??? The man who does our gardening bought a German Shepherd from a pet store. Seems to add up to one of the main reasons why all breeds of dogs should be bought directly from registered breeders who know the attributes and needs well. The welfare of these puppies at the centre of this furore should take one pride of place. I don't agree with the statement that they would have been better off put to sleep. Steps should be taken to ensure they're homed appropriately...as should be the case for other dogs of this type. German & Belgian Shepherds. I think I read, on the other thread, that those trying to sort things had also offered to take them in & do so. If so, that's decent, sensible and humane. Should the puppies finish up being PTS as a result of this intervention, it'd be a disgrace. Exactly, tons of HIGH prey drive dogs are sold not only by pet shops but by ppl with no idea what they're breeding. Why does everyone label these pups as angerous?? Who says they're not suitable as pets?? I guess u're all experts now, must have owned heaps of the years, NOT!!!! I know who bred the pups and i know for a fact that none are going out of shops as a result of all this crap, if anything it will raise their price, so keep going, shops should be happy. The shops are making sure they go to right homes, not all shops are dumb and careless. Get ur facts straight before u start shit. But then again forums are full of ppl with nothing better to do then butt into other ppls business and try to start problems
  8. Real nice, and i'm NOT the one who bred the litter and all of u morons are playing assuming games. Where is the working line in these pups? Does anyone here know who the parents of these pups are?? I doubt it, maybe if u did then u'd all shut up. cleaning up the mess?? what mess?? Shelly - ure an idiot. PROFIT?? I can see how one can make a huge profit by selling to a shop. Get ur facts straight. As for the shops the pups are in, they are doing the right thing by them from what i've heard. Brad, i'm not getting anyone to make calls on my behalf, u're all trying to get a picture and u have no idea what's going on, so get ur facts straigh, the pups are not mine and they're not from working lines.
  9. Julie, what exactly is ur goal here? Giving the dutch a bad reputation, saying they're a dangerous breed will only harm the breed not help it. Pretty stupid IMO Yes, bring attention to them, then watch the rspca get on it and ban them. Is that what u're trying to do? Do you want these pups put down too? U have too much time on ur hands, go do something constructive
  10. My chihuahua helping out toilet them. Having probs uploading some, so we'll see if i can get more up
  11. My babies, almost 5wks old and soo soo very cute. They're German shepherd x Dutch shep
  12. That's what i was thinking Fifi. I'll have to get some, maybe even put mum on it. I wasn't supplementing at all, just making sure all were getting enough food. They're not loosing or holding, they're all gaining so i didn't think there was a need for help. I'll go see my vet and get some stuff.
  13. Thanks for replies. Hannah why did you have to do all the work? Wasn't mum ok? Ashanali, how did the litter of 11 go? Did you have to help out or did mum do it all? I'm worried about mine, their poo isn't consistent with all of them, some have slight green tint to them. Their mum doesnt' want to stay with them all the time either. She never did their toilets properly either, we've had to help out. I'm just glad i took the wk off and that she had them early so i was able to help for their whole first wk. I'll be very annoyed if i miss something and loose them.
