  1. No that's definitely a fair call. The 3 year old amstaff I have owned under a week definitely did what I would call protect me the other night. I was taking her for a walk which I normally don't do without the boyfriend but anyway there was a group of 3 blokes who came up next to us and started being d!cks, asking what someone like me was doing out so late etc and started getting up in my face and one guy put his arm around me. My dog growled at them and they backed off..To me that's protective but I sure as hell wouldn't call it aggressive? Can't spell sorry!
  2. What about an American Staffy? They aren't exactly big but they are a great dog and I personally think they are a protective breed. Or maybe I'm just biased
  3. Well thank you However last time I attempted searching for Blue Stafford info on this forum it was an epic FAIL. I'll give it another go though.
  4. I'm having a bit of an issue with my new puppy. He's a feet chaser and nipper! do i need to just keep telling him no when he does it or has anyone else got any other ideas? his favourite is nipping heals and yesterday made my boyfriend's ankle bleed.
  5. Thank u! Can I just say I absolutely LOVE your collars off your website! :D I know where my dog's next collars are coming from thats for sure..
  6. Bahaha flexibubble what a cute shot..very nice looking dog.
  7. Thanks Now I'm a little confussed, someone posted something about dilute colour alopecia, I googled it and every website I looked at didn't mention the Stafford at all? Was Dobermans etc etc.. I'm no good with this stuff..
  8. I tried. Typed in blue staffies but it just came up with the list of breed chat thread thingos and rescue threads..?
  9. Just hoping some Staffordshire Bullterrier breeders or someone who knows abit about them could inbox me and explain to me what the problem with blue staffies is? I don't want to cause a huge debate on the forum so please only inbox me. Thanks..
  10. He does a bit doesn't he No Scout and Bronson aren't related at all but they act like mother and son
  11. Yes, as my APBT aged I got VERY emotional. My mum bought him for me for my 11th Birthday after the family cat was run over. We went through so much together, sometimes I even wagged high school just to spend the day at the beach with him :D I got so protective of him in his last years I dumped two boyfriends for yelling at him or smacking him because he peed on the floor or chewed something I'm almost 26 now and I only lost him in September 2010 to cancer. My heart shattered like you wouldn't believe.
  12. As far as I'd ever go is a coat for warmth.. I wouldn't be seen dead with my dogs in costumes! I agree with the comment
