  1. sorry only just seen this, Saturday was a 9 am start and sunday is 8.30am start....and yes there is sweepies both days!!
  2. see you there 3woofs, at last we meet...........lol
  3. I get all my shampoo's sprays, sizzors and whatever else at a horse place, i go to Orange Horse Land, as for leads and collars/chains, it depends how strong your dogs are, if they pull or just gait next to you, i have several different ones, depends on the mood of the dog on the day as to what i use, i am sure many have websites i can't think of any off the top of my head, but i got most of mine from the show vans that are at some dog shows.
  4. so the poor dog wasn't refused becasue he was a dog, but because he was a GAY dog...........yep, discrimination to the poor gay dogs of todays society there!!
  5. Not real sure where you are, or even what vet you have already used, but 2 vets i would highly recomend are Bruce Thompson in Orange (Springside Vets) and Ruth Thompson at Blayney, we had a dog we bred quite a few years back had a ligament problem in her front feet, Bruce gave us some tablets, no idea what they were now, we joked and called then elastic tablets, as thats what her feet and legs looked like at the time, so came home gave her them twice a day crated her for 2 weeks, and it worked miricales, she has never had a problem since and is now 6 years old. However the owners who we took her from in regards to the problem had also been feeding her nothing but cooked food, as that what they ate, so the dog can too, was thier reasoning. We never feed puppy food to our pups, always a good quality dry adult dry food. and as many are saying loose gravel, or big stones, we have blue metal dust in our runs, and it really helps with flat feet and pastern problems, bought a dog with bad feet, and in about a month of having on the blue metal dust his feet were nice again. My pet hate i am sorry is flat feet!!
  6. I got the Paw Paw oinment from the chemist, and have also tried a few things that have been PM'd to me, and the fur IS growing back and it is coming back BLACK and glossy.......YAY a HUGE HUGE thanks to you all!!!
  7. Hi guys, I have a dog coming back to me which is a little worse for wear, i haven't seen her yet, she arrives tonight, i have seen however photos of her from a about a month back, she has been in a few fights (why she is coming back, and not her fault), but also she has been excaping her crate, so not only does she have fur off from the bite marks, but also the side of her muzzle due to her putting her nose under the crate door and pushing till she can get it open. She is black, and so i am a little worried the fur IF it grows back will come back white? can anyone help, first i guess with the regrowing of the hair, mostly on the muzzle area which is red and sore from constant rubbing, and then the fur that comes back on the bite marks, any way to get that to come back black, instead of white? i can't wait to see her again, i am so glad she has came back to me. OH please don't this wrong either, her owner loved her and looked after her, but dogs will be dogs and her more dominate bitch just would not get on with this one, and the housing of them all with the temperaments they have was not sutable so i told her to send her back. mush easier on all of us!
