When introducing dogs, I take them onto neutral territory, on lead, let them sniff etc, and when they seem fine with each other, take them into the yard/house ?? and let them off. With pups you could probably do this in your yard or house with no problems. We have organised a different kennel for the little one to stay in and get it's rest/sleep for growing during the day. Will not let them play together unless we are monitoring them.
