ncarter Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 hi i was wondering how much I should be feeding my dog. he is a papillon about 3.5kg. I feed rougly half eagle pack dry food and half bones/necks and occasionally some barf. I feed about 150g a day total? Is this about the right amount? He looks to be in good condition not overweight not underweight. If anything he is on the skinny side but I think thats just how the breed normally is. Poodle wrangler Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 I actually had the breeder evaluate my pup's weight- really helpful as our poodle pup still had a thick coat and I'd been warned about not overfeeding large breed pups (turned out I was underfeeding ) .
