I guess it depends how high the urea is and whether it continues to go up. I guess if it were me, I'd still be a bit concerned and want to know why.

Sounds like things are under control though so all you can do is keep on with what you're doing and watch for any changes. Maybe taking in a urine sample monthly to make sure things are still ok wouldn't hurt either, and you should only have to pay for the test if you can get your own urine sample.
