LOL Oh.. the betadine! there should only be a few drops on it twice a day... and I don't think so... but phone/see your vet if you are worried.. we are not vets(well, most of us), and are just making suggestions, based on our experience If the betadine is a worry... use saline bought, or make some up with boiled water and cooking salt. dunk toe a few times a day... 3 or 4 .
