Nobivac Vaccination?

Hello

I apologise as I know vaccinations have been discussed many times, but I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I believe the 10 week vaccination that allows puppies to socialise earlier is the Nobivac branded vaccine. I have called about 8 vets in my area asking if they use this and none seem to know what I am talking about.

I was hoping the very knowledgeable DOLers could guide me - are there any vets in Melbourne that do this vaccination?

Thank you :p

Most don't have it because they have to buy it in bulk I believe (or a four pack or something) and it costs more so hardly anyone requests it.

I had it done at Middle Brighton Veterinary Clinic.

The only Nobivac we use at my clinic is the intranasal vaccine that only covers Kennel Cough. We don't keep it on hand really it's more at clients request and can have it ordered and in the clinic within a couple of days.

Thank you tess32 and neatz for such quick replies! It makes more sense now if not many vets stock it because it is more expensive and not many owners request it. I am going to give the middle brighton vet a call, thank you

Not sure where you are based Kristina, but my vet may use this too, they are in Newport - Hobsons Bay Vet Clinic.

My girl had a 10 week shot and then the nasal spray. It seems their standard approach to vaccinations. Didn't find it particularly expensive, but I'm used to equine vet bills - now that's where the $'s come into play.
