Can anyone recommend a place to stay (with dogs in tow) in Wagga Wagga?

Currently considering heading out for the Dogs NSW Southern Region shows at the end of June...

Contact Tony Henderson.. he's got quite a few dog friendly places. Diva and I are already booked in. :(

Linky Here He has more houses than are up on the website.

Thanks PF - what about a motel as opposed to a house?

The one I stayed at banned dogs after some showies abused the rules. Can't help there I'm afraid. Hopefully someone else will know of one.

:( not surprising, always a small few to ruin it for the majority.

If I can't find a decent motel I'll look into the houses, thanks so much

Don't tarry too long Aziah.. they book out pretty fast. :(

Not as cheap as a motel though. :)

I thought the prices were reasonable. Worth it for a secure yard. But I am staying home for my local shows, can't miss 5 minutes across town :(

Does this mean I get to run another Greyhound???

ETA: :slaps head: this means you ain't coming!

Ohhhh, hurry people come and and show me a nice motel!

Won't do 3 days, might head to Goulburn on the Friday night and travel the rest of the way Saturday morning and home Monday...so just two nights.

Corgi specialist on the Saturday so thought it worth some consideration

What? I thought you'd be coming to meet me!

I wonder if Mr Barwick will make the trip - Team Windyle did last year. I'll ask.

Oh I am, I am :(

I'd say so, they usually go, I think he was going to check with some Whippet friends if they could recommend a motel but I thought in the meantime I'd see what I could find.

Guest CaptainCourageous

In years gone by we have stayed at Horseshoe Bend (?) Caravan Park in town and Uranquinty caravan park out of town.

Be sure to visit the University's cellar door and cheese factory.

Hi,

I'm not certain that these two motels accept dogs, but I think so, worth a try...

Australian Homestead motel also the Golf Club motel.

(The motel at Junee does, but it's a half hour drive into Wagga).

Cheers,

Kellie
