I dont see why people are blaming the air freight company though - it is the owners (collecters) responsibility to get their pet safely to their car, not the freight companies. It sounds to me like the new owners had no idea about how to get a dog safely out of a crate (it it was silly of the AAE employee to 'help' out by opening the crate - he should have let the owners do this) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
