Signs/sympotms Of Heat Stroke?

I usually bring my dogs inside to the aircon when the temp hits around 35/36oC on a windy day, and a bit less than that on a humid/calm day (and any time that they look uncomfortable of course) - our climate is extremely dry though.

Is this the sort of threshhold others find too?

When was the chlorine changed? If it was done with in the last 48 hrs she could be in strife from a chemical reaction to the chlorine.

it is a different dog then the one you are talking about.
