You are all wonderful and I have since discovered you need a thick skin to do it, as well as all the love and time. Its harder than i imagined, especially when the outcome isnt always a good one. I have seen in a very short time how rewarding it can be but also how heart breaking. Well done to all of you, you have my utmost respect and admiration!
