Urgent Help Queensland Border Collie

Recommended Posts

Have just had a call from a distraught BC owner in Qld, did not ask where, she was vey upset. Her 5 year old entire male BC bit her husband this morning when he reprimanded it for barking. They have a 4 month old baby. Vet has said to euthanase dog. This may or may not be the answer but, as we discussed, they may always regret a hasty decision even if they take that option eventually The dog has virtually been their only child until the baby came along which may be at the bottom of the issue

Can someone in Qld recommend a suitably qualified and experienced person who can assess their dog and help his owners find the right answer, please?

For many years I handled calls for one of our largest obedience clubs, I know how people need to talk things like this through with someone who understands, it is always easier to make a hard call if someone else has helped

Hoping you can help, please
