This is 12 months post surgery, still some muscle wastage but moving freely. Hope you can see it.

My boys specialists said that yes they do have great success with FHO for smaller dogs. Cooper had to have a THR and that was around $8000 but his recovery has been super fast although next year he will have the other side done Wishing you both all the best.

Noodle had her surgery today. It all went well and she is resting peacefully thanks to an infusion of good pain relief!! Hopefully she will be able to come home tomorrow.

The estimate was $1700-$1800 - so I didn't faint!!

Glad to hear miss Noodle is doing well. :)

I was amazed how that little Poodle I was telling you about recovered when he had both hip joints removed on the same day as he had both knees fixed!

I had a cat done 16 years ago due to fracture in the femoral head. No physio or anything but he is still fine except for a very slight limp sometimes. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if needed.

She's home

A bit sore and not really sure how to move. Lying down is a challenge but she's peaceful once she gets there. Has had some dinner, drinking well and weeing lots!!
