I've still got the registration email from a year ago so I'm pretty sure I'm using the right password and correct membership number. Any ideas? Are you using you membership number (make sure you have the correct number of 0's - mine starts 30000 and I often leave one out). Only other thing I can suggest is that you reset your password. Thank you for the reply. I'm copy/pasting from the original email so it should be the right number. I'm trying to log in because I lost my card so I can't double check the number.
