B-Q Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 our bitch is on heat and our intact male is skitz. he is whining constantly barking, can't eat. can't stop moving. i ha ve him tied to my chair so he will stop going and getting tangled in the curtains tryihg to see her. any way of calming him down. patting him around behind the ears seems to do the trick. but i cant do that constantly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Miranda Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 Try crating the bitch and allowing the dog to sit next to her, he will still whinge and carry on, but they are usually less frantic if they're close to the bitch and not completely separated.
