I Dont think it was Culcairn - the housing dept said Wagga and so did she. Ill see if I can get onto her to see if she thinks that will work. Its a rental so she cant leave the dogs in the yard where they are.

Just checked and one isn't other dog friendly and they hate cats. That makes it harder.

I dont know where that hug emotion is but theres a virtual hug here for you too Sandy. -
Wow ! Thank you but I don't do any of this on my own! Sometimes the going gets tough but truly believing that what you set out to do is something that will make a difference to the lives of people who own animals and their pets is a pretty powerful driving force. None of it would be possible without Lesley - Goldchow who is my rock. I thank you for the kind words today especially they mean a lot. Wazzat Xolo I havent heard back yet from Dog News

I'm a big believer in giving credit where credit is due and as such Id like to commend the RSPCA for the role they played with Jed's animals. They picked them up and took them to safety and bathed and cared for them until we could get in later in the day to take them home. They were kind and courteous and allowed the pickup to go without a hitch. I will be sending them a Thank you note and felt we needed to acknowledge what they did and the way they did it. Absolutely heartbreaking. For all the lost ones, but for me, this is hardest to hear. Goodbye old man. You were always there to be with Little Evie in the many hunting expeditions of the past. She is still with us but aging and this brings home her mortality as well. Vale Magnus, The Best Cocker Spaniel In The World. Phillipa Me too. How will we ever be able to tell her ? -

Yes, he was definitely the symbol of hope we were all clinging to, wanting there to be some good news for Jed when she wakes. This is just too much. Tonight's news just broke my heart, I can't begin to imagine how Jed will possibly cope with it. I have been crying non stop since reading Goldchow's update...just can;t turn off the tears...keep seeing that pic of him in the floppy hat in my head. Oh cripes Jed I'm so so sorry. This too. Yep I know and very much appreciated but we will be doing everything we can to ensure the horses stay where they are. I didn't mean to sound we were in any way not appreciating the offer. When I answered I had just found out about Magnus and was a bit of a wreck. -

Jed has no clue of what has happened and is under heavy - very heavy sedation. She has no idea anyone is even with her . The family are covering that side of things. -

It seems there may have been another boxer but we aren't sure yet and wont be able to sort that out for a few days. The bodies - with the exception of the 2 adult boxers and 3 boxer pups are too badly burned to be able to attempt to identify them. The birds are also dead and so too one of her cats. -
