Sara was a gorgeous white bullarab and she was forever getting those removed it was the last one removed that was the end of the road for her, and it was under her stomach.
Anything like that on a white dog I would suspect as being the same.
Sorry but hope it isnt

Hello,
Definately to the vet he is a white dog and it could be caused from the sun.
-
My Oliver stresses himself that much he had no skin on his nose lost half his body weight and became very ill, so I either dont go or take them with me from now on.

I love a dog with beautiful colour but above and beyond that I would prefer a dog
to be hale hearty healthy and the most importantly have a temperment that surpasses I really think colour would be the last on the list.

I used for a while the motor bike ramp with some outdoor carpet cable tied to it. I found though with my 20kg dog that as he got older the ramp was too narrow for him to safely toddle up and down. I then bought a telescoping dog ramp like the one pictured below which are available in my local Pet Stock store. They aren't cheap, but as I have several big dogs and a big jump into my car, they will all probably need it as they get older. They are fairly light weight and not too bulky for what they are.
My shephards use one of these

Thank you so much, freundhund!
They are some very interesting websites and I will pass them on.
I don't know if they are ever going to find what they are looking for.
I told her it is just about impossible to meet both parents, especially if they are rescue dogs.
And now they are even saying that they can't afford $1500! I will have to have a serious talk to them that they will have to make some compromises somewhere! They can't have a PB with all bells and whistles for just a thank you!
I am working hard at the moment to get them to stay away from the BYBs!
I would talk them out of it if they are whinging about the cost well they wont be able to afford the upkeep, and the poor bloody thing will end up in the pound.

I show dogs and buy them from breeders I do not breed and do not wish too but I love my dogs and I love showing them. I also desex them when I have finished showing them and they stay here until death do us part. I am actually about to purchase my next show dog and am having a wee bit of trouble in regard to where it will come from.
I have had one breeder state that a puppy will only be on a limited register so I can see why they do it but no good to someone who wants to show. So technically that breeder has lost a show home and a forever home but then again they dont know me either even though I supplied plenty of references.
My answers are based on that, I also do not like nor recommend breeders who have no follow up.
Just thinking out loud here.........
What do people think of "breeders" who clearly show to NOT have the breeds best interest at heart as a basis of their actions????
Do not recommend them especially the ones that have numerous litters and off load their adults, no better than a ***************
Who do not wish to conform with State Breed Clubs basic Code of Ethics in regards to the care, maintenance and or breeding of their dogs??
Makes you wonder what they have to hide and would never recommend them.
Who do not wish to conform with the accepted practices for the breed by the majority of ANKC Breeders and who if they aren't a member of a State Breed club do not wish to adhere to those minimum guidelines set out for the health and welfare of the breed.
Makes you wonder what they have to hide and would never recommend them
Do you think that a breeder as described is ethical and truly has the welfare of the breed as a priority???
No I do not
Just curious as to some others answers?????
Edited to add: I understand that Ethics and the "value" can vary depending on who you talk to, but just looking for some feedback form a variety of people.
this quote thingy blahhhhhhhhhhh I have bolded my answers.
I am glad you put this here not in the breeders where no one else can answer, and just remember we all have an opinion that a lot of breeders will not like.
cheers

Rest in peace Tara
Always remember Tarope
A shepherd may only be here for a short time but their memory remains forever
util you meet again

Which do you prefer
I have always had a boy and the rest of my dogs girls, the girls always go to the kennels when in season except for once they are desexed.
I am thinking of getting another dog and cant decide a girl or a boy
I have always found girls are much cleaner and dont have bits that rub on you.
But girls can also be bitches where boys appear to be lovable bears.
So which do you choose and why.

At least she's done the right thing by the dog.

My first thought was like Aussielover said, maybe don't say that you want the dog for your son.
Can I ask why you would not say this if it is the case
The poster is telling the truth to the breeder/s which it should be, if she didnt tell it as it was and got on here later and said she actually got the dog for her son half of you would be up in arms that she didnt state tht in the beginning.
It is apparent the poster doesnt want a Labrador or a Beagle she wants a mini foxi. So to the poster if you want a mini foxi get one.
If a breeder doesnt want to sell a puppy they only need to say no but why try and tell the applicant to get a different breed, the mind boggles

I thought, given how often people are frustrated by dogs approaching theirs when the interaction is not wanted, that this blog post from Patricia McConnell might prove useful.

Not gonna work on a charging dog, but I haven't found anything that does, yet.

If the animal is not bolting in the other direction
sit down and start singing the dog wont be able to help it self it will come and see what the crazy person is doing, just dont eyeball it
I used to cath a lot of ferals like that when I worked for the local council.

Be very responsible and desex your puppies before they leave.......
a desexing contract is just a piece of paper once they have the dog they wont care.
-
Any dog over 5kg is doomed thanks to idiots that can not control their animals. I for one dont want a fluffy friggin mutt whose attitude is worse than large dogs.

If the owners are teaching the dog to be aggressive then it needs to be investigated. I don't see how a group of bogan looking men in hoodies standing around a caged pit bull cheering it on as it was jumping and mauling something tied to the roof is normal. if this already aggressive dog (as indicated on the sign) gets out it HAS potential to hurt or kill others (adults, kids, pets etc). Dogs should be socialized and safe to society. It might be aggressive and caged in it's backyard now, but if it gets out it could be a repeat of the Melbourne toddler killing. Im not saying all put bulls are monsters but when I see a group of sinister looking men possibly training this dog bad habits something needs to be done.
1 how do you know they are bogans do you know them, did you go and introduce yourself to work out they are bogans.
2 how do you know the animal is a PITBULL did you go and have a look up close or are you knowledgable enough in dog breeds to declare so
3 so was it a toy the dog was playing with oh sorry mauling did you look
4 so because a sign says something it pertains to that dog
oh my sinister men are you really sure or were they regular guys having a chat and watching a dog playing.
God help us all

It was actually my sons dog that ended up with his exgirlfriend but she used to let me visit her, she was 9 when she had the bad one and that was about 6 years ago now.
