  1. Thankyou Yes I did my watermark in PS Ravyk how do you then attach it to every image?
  2. I have to admit that I borrowed heavily from Terranik's imagination when I took this first shot. Then I expanded on it a bit.
  3. ... and one more. Just in case your not sick of the orange dog yet. This one is my favourite in that his face is so in focus... I just wish there hadn't been a labrador in the way.
  4. Thanks...I'd better subject you to them again Another added of the three dogs in frozen motion.
  5. Thanks Sam - reducing it to medium has stopped the pixelation along his back profile.
  6. Why am I still losing so much image quality here? Pixellation around the top of Dash's head in the last two pictures??
  7. Last one - frozen motion. (or ways to make your dogs look dorky)
  8. Frozen Motion - My underweight Pointer (he got skinny at the boarding kennels).
  9. My beautiful Soxy. Panning Shot Exposure: 0.025 sec (1/40) Aperture: f/11.0 Focal Length: 83 mm
  10. Mr Boney and his favourite Cuz. Exposure: 0.067 sec (1/15) Aperture: f/8.0 Focal Length: 85 mm
  11. Panning Shot. Exposure: 0.067 sec (1/15) Aperture: f/18.0 Focal Length: 85 mm
  12. I just had a quick look and I have to say that some of his animal photos leave a bit to be desired. Put it this way - they wouldn't be included on my website if I were a famous professional photographer. I like his landscapes though but I prefer looking at people photography. The joke is pretty clever though.
  13. I guess whether people like someone else's art or not is a personal opinion. I'll go google him and tell you if I regard him highly.
  14. Am I the only one who is going to say "who is Ken Rockwell?" Or should I have googled him and pretended I knew?
  15. I use live view a lot when I'm doing macro work with a short depth of field where exact focus is very important. Live view allows you to zoom the image in and manually fine tune your focus. It also allows you to place the camera in awkward places, get the framing and the focus exactly right without having to look through the viewfinder. Before I got the camera I didn't really know whether I'd need it or not but now I have it I would hate to be without it. Most dog photos I use the viewfinder for.

So sorry Pandii... he was such a handsome boy.
  17. Taking a picture of a flower with a macro on a windy day = capturing stillness under difficult circumstances. It took 20 or so shots but I got it on manual focus.
  18. Shutter speed wasn't open for 2 seconds for this as I took it on the weekend before I saw the specifications of the challenge.
  19. Can somebody help me with sharing photos from Flikr?
