Well I had never seen one or heard of one before but just by looking at the photograph I can't see how it would PUNCTURE with blunt ends! Apart from what Customs said why is it considered barberic to use one? Have they caused wounds in the past?

Yep, I had 2 sessions with them. I spent over $300 and ended up with a dog who could sit a little more than she used to, we've achieved more by coming to places like this to learn. Their methods are emotionly harsh and some methods are old wives tails...they seem to have an obsession with the 'dominance in dogs' issue. Some people think they're great. Why don't you have one session and make up your own mind from there.....be sure to keep us updated. I can't help but think because you have a pup that you would probably benefit from puppy classes instead.

Leila had kennel cough and it developed into bronchitis, 4 lots of anti-botics in the space of 1 month. If you see a sign, get them to the vets.
