  1. At the beach (his favourite place). Maybe I will scatter his ashes there.
  2. He died at 7.30pm. I'm just typing that so I remember.
  3. Thank you. He was everything to me.
  4. It's so f@cked and unfair. I tried everything; I would have done anything for him.
  5. Goodbye my beautiful baby. I will always love you. I hope you will be very happy in Puggie heaven.
  6. Thank you everyone for your kind words. I will miss him so much; he was my baby.
  7. This is him as a baby before he came to live with me.
  8. He would have been eight on December 4.
  9. I'm going to have a shower now because I am covered in his wee. He died in my arms.
  10. My Pug has died. He was gasping for air and he just died. My vet came over and she has taken him away now. If you don't have anything kind or supportive to say, can you please not post here.
  11. If anyone would like to know how my Pug is going, you're welcome to PM me :)
  12. I had deleted a previous post and posted it at around 3am. Sorry about the confusion.
  13. I took him to the vet's and he's going to stay there for at least a couple of hours. They took his pulse and temperature, and checked him over, and everything is normal, but my vet wants to do some blood and urine tests to check his liver and kidneys. And the vet nurse is going to do some massage on him to try and stimulate him. He does respond a bit when you pat him and massage him. He is no longer like a vegie but he's still pretty out of it; he can't (or won't*) walk. *Pug owners will understand what I mean
  14. I rang the vet and she asked me to bring him in at 8.30am. He didn't have surgery until the afternoon (it wasn't in the morning as planned) and she thinks this is why he hasn't recovered yet. eta I have offered him water (I had to bring it to him) but he won't drink.
  15. I've been up with him for most of the night. The anaesthetic seems to have really knocked him around. He's like a vegetable; I hope he hasn't been brain-damaged. Maybe it's because he only had surgery (and anaesthetic) two weeks ago His eyes are rolled back in his head and he's mostly breathing through his mouth, and he did a poo and a wee in his bed I'm going to call the vet in the morning.
  16. My Pug is home after his latest surgery... He had five large lumps removed, but there are still about ten more smaller ones all over his body. He also has one inoperable lump inside his ear. My vet thinks the other smaller lumps might be inflammatory granulomas. My vet and I have decided that he won't be having any more surgery after this. We're going to wait for the results from these lumps and then look at starting him on Palladia. (The last three lumps he had removed were all MCT's and one was high grade.)
  17. Nothing really :) His Momma being at ease with the situation too is important. I agree :)
  18. I just took a photo* of my Pug to show you some of his lumps... He has so many lumps I've lost count, but these are the ones on his head and neck. The arrow is pointing to wear he had surgery on his leg. *Sorry, not a great photo.
  19. I took my Pug to the vet today and we had a good talk and made some decisions about his latest lumps. He is going in on Thursday to have more surgery and then we are going to look at putting him on Palladia or Masitinib. My vet said at this stage she has not even considered euthanasia. She said his quality of life is so good and he's such a happy little dog, and he's too cute for that. So I'm feeling much better :)
