My Pug has a strong smell and I wash him with organic shampoo and essential oils (tea tree, lavender and rosemary). It helps a bit but he still smells. I don't mind it, I like the doggy smell :)

I sometimes take my Pug to work on hot days. My house is well insulated and if it's say 42 outside it's only 24 inside. But during a heatwave like this the heat builds up and it gets to 28, which is too hot for my Pug. 24 C is my limit.

It's going to be 35 C here, which I can cope with. It's raining but the storm has fizzled out.

I heard thunder earlier but there has been no storm as predicted. Maybe it has passed us? I must look at the BoM site.

I really like the alfoil idea. I might try that, thanks :) My neighbour chopped down a huge tree that was shading* the hottest side of my house. It must be well insulated because it isn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I would still like that side to be cooler. Oh yay, the thunderstorm is here! *Is that a verb or did I just make it up? It should be :laugh:
